Position Summary: As a Credit Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting loan customers and lenders with the administrative processing and maintenance of commercial and TRID-related consumer loans. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with lenders to analyze loan approvals and ensure proper documentation.
  • Manage credit files and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate loan closings and process necessary documents.
  • Provide business development support for lending officers.
  • Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Interact with Loan Officers and customers to facilitate loan processing and closing.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • A high level of detail orientation and problem-solving abilities.
  • A team player with knowledge of bank regulations and loan processing.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of experience in loan processing for real estate and commercial loans preferred.
