As a valued member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for crafting and executing the digital B2B strategy, encompassing social media initiatives, sales lead management, and digital event coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage global B2B digital marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Marketing Communications Team.
  • Increase qualified leads through the implementation of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of global campaigns, and design lead programs and demand generation campaigns.
  • Provide enhancements to lead generation processes, systems, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Care Team to implement and disseminate the latest updates.
  • Analyze lead status and conversion metrics based on key performance indicators (KPIs), offering data-driven insights and making adjustments to optimize results.
  • Oversee web content development, including the implementation of new content, product launches, updates, and improvements. Work closely with existing systems to monitor and track digital campaign performance.
  • Coordinate with regional teams to ensure website content is updated with revised and new information.
  • Partner with marketing communications to produce various marketing assets and collateral, including email campaigns, direct mail pieces, and premium content such as infographics, webinars, videos, and white papers.

Key Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation systems such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with website management and hosting software, such as SiteCore, Squarespace, or DreamHost.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, SEM, SEO, SEA, and web analytics.
  • Proactive self-starter with strong initiative, attention to detail, and organizational skills.

Education:

Bachelors Degree in Communication, Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
