Our client is a not-for-profit organization with a great mission behind them They are looking to hire a self-sufficient HR Coordinator to support the team, while exemplifying stellar customer service to colleagues. The candidate will be motivated, detail oriented, with an interest in HR, superior administrative skills, and a proactive work approach. salary: $23 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team; this this includes supporting special projects, coordinating recurring team meetings, creating presentations and surveys, compiling reports, and drafting correspondence.
  • Support and coordinate the onboarding and offboarding process in the US, collecting all new hire forms and offboarding paperwork.
  • Perform US data entry and audits in HRIS, including but not limited to data entry of new hires, transfers, promotions, address changes, benefit elections, and terminations; create personnel action forms (PAF) for all employee changes.
  • Support with invoices and expense reports, and reconcile the HR credit card monthly.
  • Support with payroll.
  • Other duties as assigned
