Human Resources Coordinator

Job Summary
Ideal Option and Ideal Balance is seeking an experienced Human Resources Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for providing support to the HR team, administering the employee exit process, and ensuring data accuracy within Paylocity.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer the employee exit process
- Administer New Hire and Exit Surveys via our partner survey company
- Serve as the point of contact for employee benefit inquiries
- Ensure data accuracy within Paylocity, conducting quarterly audits
- Provide HRIS support to managers and employees as needed
- Generate ad hoc reports for managers and stakeholders
- Prepare employee transfer letters as required
- Administer the Performance Review process
- Review benefit invoices in collaboration with accounting
- Distribute updated job descriptions to employees as necessary
- Assist the Talent Acquisition team with new employee orientation and onboarding
- Assist the Human Resources team with daily filing, employment verifications, and HR inbox inquiries
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3-5 years' experience in Human Resources
- Experience working for an organization with 500 or more employees strongly desired
