What to Expect / Job Responsibility

  • Perform all CSR duties and when the opportunity is present leading shifts and running operations.
  • Managing customers complaints and account issues.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients or customers, addressing concerns and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Able to effectively work with computers and HMI interfaces to ensure that customer experience and business data is properly handled.

  • Clean / replace nozzles on vacuum arches.
  • Training of others on all CSR Tasks.

  • Perform a vehicle/equipment quality checks.
  • Understanding of chemistry distribution system.

  • Understands the flash reports and all metrics reported.

Essential Functions:

Physical

Lifting - With proper lifting techniques, can lift and carry objects weighing up to pounds regularly. Occasionally will need to lift up to 30 pounds.

Stooping and Bending - Able to stoop, bend, and knee for extended periods, often for more than 10 minutes at a time.

Walking / Standing - Comfortable and capable of walking and standing for most of the workday, maintaining good posture and stamina to effectively fulfill job duties. This position requires quick walking and the ability to maintain pace throughout the shift.

Cleaning - Capable of using extendable cleaning brushes at below-shoulder, shoulder, and above-shoulder heights to scrub walls and surface at applicable property cleaning/ maintenance projects for several hours per day.

Chemicals - Ability to use abrasive chemicals safely and efficiently for cleaning vehicles and building.

Ability to effectively communicate with customers and peers to ensure work is done promptly and accurately.

Ability to read and write simple English to document shift events.

Computer / Interface usage - ability to navigate computer and HMI effectively to handle customer and business transactions appropriately.

Positive attitude and being a team builder.
