In this role, you will create unmatched relationships with our valued customers and drive revenue for our esteemed clients. The Entry Level Customer Service Representative prioritizes creating memorable experiences for all of our customers, so being a people person is a must You will thrive as our Entry Level Customer Service Representative if you are outgoing, friendly, and excited to build relationships with new customers.

  • Sales Techniques & Strategies
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
  • Market Research & Analysis
  • Product Knowledge
  • Campaign Management
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with customers to understand their needs and preferences and guide them through our clients' products and services
  • Conduct in-depth demonstrations of products and services, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Management team to identify and capitalize on new territory opportunities
  • Focus on achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
  • Follow up on sales and inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty
  • Regularly report on sales achievements and customer feedback
Entry Level Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • A degree from an accredited university is preferred but not required
  • 1-2 years in Sales, Customer Service, or related is a plus
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Determined to grow into a leadership role from entry level
  • Reliable transportation and the ability to commute
