**THIS POSITION IS LOCATED IN WEST MERCED.**

**POSITION SUMMARY**

Manages the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to customer service, deliveries, walk-in customers, yard personnel, service department, credit procedure, safety, revenue tracking, and counter personnel by performing the following duties.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Visit key customers to develop relationships and explore areas of opportunity.

* Oversee the hiring and management of the rental coordinators, yard personnel, technicians, and delivery personnel.

* Oversee all equipment purchases, ROI tracking, transfers, revenue tracking, re-rents, and quality control issues pertaining to the rental fleet.

* Establish monthly store meetings to discuss marketing, reviews and objectives, safety concerns, store performance, customer service needs and concerns, and training.

* Evaluate employees at least two times per year on performance objectives.

* Work with General Manager in establishing business plans, business reviews, and fleet planning.

* Manage the actual revenue/profit performance versus business plan. Business plan being the primary minimum objective.

* Other duties as assigned.

**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES**

Directly supervises two to ten employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; performance evaluations; rewarding, coaching, and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving concerns.

**COMPENSATION**
