As a Utility Craftsworker Supervisor, the incumbent assigns, directs and supervises the activities of right-of-way maintenance personnel engaged in the civil maintenance and minor construction and repair of facilities and features such as levees, weirs, bulkheads, pipelines, canals, reservoirs, checks and head gates, and other similar hydraulic structures. Supervises and assists in the construction and maintenance of bridges, dams, and associated structures. Supervises the Civil Maintenance employees assigned to pumping plants, power plants, and visitor’s facilities. Supervises equipment operations and ensure procedures are followed in compliance with State and Department policies. This may require traveling by vehicle on public roadways to remote areas within the field division.
- **Limited Term up to 12 months. This position may be extended up to an additional 12 months (24 months maximum) or may become permanent.**
