This position will be responsible for working with multiple systems, gathering data, creating/providing reports, and more importantly analyzing the data and providing insights to the business stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be able to analyze and offer recommendations for process improvement in various areas of our operation.

- Analyze business processes, gaps in capabilities, as well as appropriate data sources, interfaces and process changes required to address capability gaps.
- Analyze statistics to analyze past and present operations as well as future revenues, performance, and expenditures.
- Prepares and maintains daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting requests.
- Collaborate with various departments within the organization to facilitate implementation of new or improved reporting processes and functions.
- Preparing business cases to support new investment, strategic and other business decisions.
- Create financial models, prepare projections, annual budgets, and perform research & analysis on all aspects of finance and operations.
- Meet with the Business Analytics Manager to develop project plans and communicate status.
- Provide advice and counsel related to the operations of the business and ensure essential procedures are followed and contribute to defining standards.
- Strategic mindset with continuous improvement is a necessity.
- Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments.
- Carry out the Business Intelligence Department's mission and strategic objectives.
- Ability to do what it takes to meet deadlines through hard work and extra hours as the business requires.
Qualifications:
- Two to five years of experience in business, finance, and operations analysis.
- Experience of at least 3 years of progressive duties.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive and problem-solving techniques.
- Proven interpersonal, diplomatic and influencing skills.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or related field.
Required Skills:
- Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Ability to learn rapidly in a fast-paced setting.
- Good quantitative and qualitative skills; ability to solve practical problems.
- MS Excel - strong and proven skills to create complex models and analyses.
- Power BI - Intermediate skill level (preferred, but not required).
- Highest-level of integrity and work ethic.
- Healthcare Experience
- SQL Experience - Intermediate skill level (preferred, but not required).
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, monitors and printers.
- Must be able to spend time stationary at a desk for extended periods of time.
