Supply Chain Data Specialist

As a Supply Chain Data Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting SupplyPike's largest customers. You will focus on analyzing data for our enterprise customers to extract valuable insights, conducting in-depth research on deductions, reviewing shipping documents for validity, and preparing comprehensive reports. This role will be a vital element in ensuring the success of our enterprise customers by providing analytical expertise and supporting the resolution of complex deduction issues. Develop and maintain a schedule to systematically analyze data related to select enterprise customer accounts to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights on an ongoing basis. Utilize analytical tools and methodologies to extract meaningful information from large datasets. Investigate and research returned deduction claims, working closely with internal teams to validate deductions based on in-depth analysis. Thoroughly review shipping documents to ensure their accuracy and validity. Work with Enterprise CSMs to develop and prepare comprehensive reports to support customer touchbase calls. Develop and maintain internal documentation related to analytical processes, deduction research methodologies, and reporting procedures.
