Job Description: We are seeking two skilled IT Desktop Support Engineers to join our Client

Neogene Therapeutics , Santa Monica, CA 9040. The ideal candidates will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. As an IT Desktop Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our employees, ensuring their technology needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Employment type: 1099 or Corp-To-Corp Contract: 12 plus Months Location : Onsite

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, remote support, and in-person. Responding to tickets through our Freshservice ticketing system. Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals. Install, configure, and maintain desktop operating systems and software applications. Set up and configure new user accounts and equipment. Perform desktop administration tasks across hundreds of devices. Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate and resolve complex issues. Perform hardware and software upgrades as needed. Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and procedures. Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned. Manage and support our AV Conference Rooms. Must be able to work onsite and reside locally in a commutable distance.”

Requirements:

IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate, Apple Certified, JAMF, or similar are a plus. Must be able to work onsite and reside locally in a commutable distance. Proven experience in a Desktop Support Engineer role providing Level 1-3 support, preferably in a corporate environment in a fast-paced environment supporting end-users and labs. Strong expertise knowledge of Windows and MacOS operating systems and Office 365. Experience with Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Exchange Admin Center, SharePoint Admin Center, 365 Admin Center, and network troubleshooting. AV Conference Room support with Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Team Rooms with devices such as NeatBoard and Intel NUC. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Sharp Network Printers, ensuring they are always functional and escalating issues when needed to Vendor for hardware support. Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with unforeseeable requests. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Experience with Microsoft Intune MDM, creating configuration profiles, security policies, automations, updating and packaging apps for deployment, Autopilot, and PowerShell scripts. Experience with Kandji MDM, creating policies, automations, updating and deploying apps. Demonstrated expertise in researching and testing new solutions that involves reading documentation, instructions, KB articles or escalating to Vendors for further resolution.
