Position Summary:
As a Customer Care, Sales, and Marketing Associate at SunCoast, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with our customers, assisting them with inquiries, and guiding them through exceptional experiences. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to utilize your sales and marketing skills to promote our enchanting products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer care via phone, email, and chat platforms.
Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and returns to ensure a seamless and enchanting experience.
Utilize effective sales strategies to promote our products and offerings.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute plans to drive sales and enhance brand recognition.
Build strong connections with customers to understand their preferences and provide personalized recommendations.
Consistently strive to enhance the customer experience through proactive issue resolution and innovative solutions.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer care.
Sales-oriented mindset with a goal-oriented approach to revenue generation.
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software are advantageous.
