We are looking for an experienced sales and marketing specialist to join our team. The perfect candidate will have an outgoing and positive personality. As our Sales Estimator/ Marketing specialist you will be the first face to face contact with our customers. You will be working with the property owners to understand their vison for their upcoming project, measure and calculate the estimate and work on getting the contracts signed.


Responsibilities for Sales Estimator/ Marketing Specialist:

  • Confirm following day appointments for estimates
  • Travel to appointments and office daily. (Company Car and Gas Card provided)
  • Conduct measurements on site for the proposed concrete work
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements for a project to calculate an estimate for the customer.
  • Present cost estimates to owner to review
  • Maintains contact and relationships with prospective customers.
  • Update Social Media Accounts
  • Attend Various networking events
  • Maintains networking relationships with various organizations.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing team related results as needed


Qualifications:

  • Very detail oriented
  • Analytical and math skills
  • Ability to work independently



Base Salary plus Commission
