**Position Objective**

The Sales Associate is responsible for supporting Management in in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture, where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including ensuring a great customer experience and maximum profitability. **Functional Responsibilities**

**Drive for Results**

* Meets company sales goals by utilizing sales techniques and communicating product knowledge to the customer; recommends merchandise selections or helps to locate or obtain merchandise based on customer needs and desires.

* Maintains knowledge of current sales and promotions; maintains pricing and visual standards.

* Maintains standards in merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and all other duties as directed by Management.

* Participates in visual directives including monthly store sets and zone maintenance.

**Customer Experience**

* Models and promotes the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards, offering a cohesive omni channel experience.

* Ensures prompt resolution of customer concerns.

* Ensures a fast and efficient register experience, remaining current on policies regarding payments, coupon acceptance, returns and exchanges, security practices and other applicable operations.

* Reinforces buying decisions at the checkout and achieves add on goals including gift card sales.

* Signs up clients for reward program.

* Builds and maintains a solid customer following through clienteling and wardrobing.

* Knows current product fit and style assortment offerings in store and on line.

* Maintains consistent client communication through utilization of customer book.

**Operational Excellence**

* Supports replenishment activities that keep the store full and abundant.

* Assists with locate fulfillment.

* Assists with visual directives, including floor sets, window changes, visual presentations, signage placement, etc. as directed.

* Assist with boutique cleanliness and organization

**Qualifications**

* High School diploma or equivalent

* Retail or sales experience preferred

* Must be 18 years of age or older

* Excellent communication skills

* Excellent customer service skills

* Able to learn or adapt to technology provided by the company

* Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Able to communicate with customers, Associates, and Management

* Regular attendance is essential to this position to ensure adequate coverage to meet company objectives. Ability to work a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays is required

**Physical Requirements**

* Constant Walking/Standing- 67-100% of 8-hour shift

* Occasional Lifting up to 50 lbs.- 1-33% of 8-hour shift

* Frequent Climbing- 34%-66% of 8-hour shift

**Position Summary**

Acuren is now looking for API 510/570 Inspectors to support our Borger tx location

As an API Inspector you will perform visual and nondestructive examination on stationary equipment in accordance with the API and ASME standards, provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment.

**Essential job functions include but are not limited to:**

* At the direction of client, perform visual and non-destructive examination of static and dynamic pressure retaining equipment in accordance with American Petroleum Institute (API) standards and the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)

* Submit to client technically accurate reports documenting equipment condition

* Provide client with technical recommendations for the repair, re-rate, replacement, and/or alteration of plant equipment, as required for safe operation within stated operating parameters for durations specified by client

* Provide technical input to client as required for welding and metallurgical issues

* Provide technical guidance, on a application of non-destructive examination techniques and procedures

* Fully comply with all Acuren and client safe work practices and actively participate in all site safety initiatives

* Willingness to travel if needed

**Requirements include but are not limited to:**

* Certification of American Petroleum Institute Standards 510/570

* Additional API 653 or CWI a plus

* In-depth working knowledge of API 510/570 and ASME standards

* Experience working in direct support of petrochemical facility engineers

* Must have a valid D.L.

* Must have a valid TWIC

* Must complete and pass a DISA Background check

* Must complete and pass a Urine/Alcohol/Oral/Hair Follicle Drug Screen

* Must complete and pass site specific safety council

**Other Skills/Abilities include but are not limited to:**

* Technical report writing skills

* Strong computer skills with proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to multi-task and perform under pressure
