The Front Desk Concierge serves as the central point of contact for all things Oldfield. This role is crucial in providing first impressions of the club, requiring a professional appearance and a welcoming smile. The Front Desk Concierge is available and willing to assist members with any needs, whether it falls within their immediate scope of work or requires directing members to appropriate resources. Direct Responsibilities: Greet members, visitors, and guests; determine the purpose of each visit and direct or escort them to their appropriate location/meeting. Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to staff; take messages and schedule appointments as needed, including but not limited to notary services. Provide concierge services as needed, such as making reservations for local restaurants, hotels, drivers, events, etc. Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries; perform filing, recordkeeping, and various administrative, clerical, and project-related tasks as needed. Prepare & maintain a stock of collateral for realtors and prospective buyers. Update and maintain information in various software systems as needed, such as menu input, member information, password resets, etc. Manage Member club reservations via the app/website; review, maintain, assist, and communicate as necessary. Coordinate & manage bike and golf cart rentals. Oversee facility rentals. Handle conference room reservations and restock water, coffee, etc. Coordinate lodging reservations, confirmations, and check-ins/outs. Arrange reservations for equipment such as microphones, projectors, screens, etc. Maintain and install vehicle, pet, and golf cart decals & information. Maintain the master calendar. Design and order club materials, including envelopes, notepads, and pens. Assist in member events as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent organizational skills Reliability Excellent verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Experience in Microsoft Office and related software Strong multitasking abilities Ability to maintain a professional demeanor in a high-volume environment Ability to work independently Ability to problem solve Outgoing personality Demonstrates creative thinking Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required Physical Requirements: Prolonged standing at a desk Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times Compensation: Hourly rate: $19.00/hour Work Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9 AM - 5 PM
