Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Adhere to LTS Policies & Procedures and OSHA safety standards.
  • Comfortable and experienced in working in a dynamic customer support environment
  • Supporting patient registration workflows including, but not limited to: greeting patients, verifying personal information, and updating appointment and registration information.
  • Coordinating and scheduling patient appointments, rescheduling as needed, and sending reminders (if needed).
  • Addressing patient inquiries, providing information about services, and resolving and/or escalating complaints or issues.
  • Serving as a liaison between patients and medical staff, conveying messages, and facilitating communication.
  • Helping patients navigate the systems and tools used at the wellness clinics, providing support with forms, and explaining procedures.
  • Adhering to healthcare regulations and policies, including HIPAA guidelines, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate with the healthcare team as needed in support of wellness center services.
  • Adhere to vaccination and testing protocols.
  • May assist with education by providing educational material and general health information to customers.
  • Adhere to infection control policies and protocols.
  • May be asked to conduct inventory of supplies.
  • Assists with site operations as needed.
  • Assists with setting up and tear down of mobile and static sites as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 2 years customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Must be self-motivated.
  • Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
  • Committed to observing patient conditions and ensuring patient safety
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Current Driver License and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass background check.
  • Willingness to learn and share subject matter expertise on systems supporting site operations.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work inside and outside for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform job duties while, sitting, standing, squat, bend at the waist, kneel and walking for extended period of time.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15- 20lbs., reach in all directions, and unassisted. Ability to use lifting motion over and below waist from 15lbs-20 lbs. without assistance.
  • Ability to use vision or corrective vision to determine depth perception and to discriminate between color coated objects.
  • Ability to perform gross motor functions, fine motor functions and maintain olfactory sensory functions.
  • Ability to work in latex safe environment.
  • Ability to be qualified using medical evaluations and physicals for adequate passing for respirator use.
  • May be exposed to infectious diseases and occupational dangers such as needle pricks and outdoor inclement weather.
