Join our dynamic team as an Account Manager in our St. Paul Retail Store

Do you thrive on building lasting relationships with clients while providing exceptional customer service? Are you a master at managing multiple tasks with precision and finesse? If so, we want you to be a part of our team.

As an Account Manager you will be sitting in the retail store setting, you'll be a point of contact for our valued clients, handling inquiries, orders, assisting with tasks in the retail store and ensuring their needs are not just met but exceeded. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing top-notch customer service to existing, new, and potential clients.

- Managing accounts to ensure services are delivered within budget and aligned with client needs.

- Generating insightful progress reports for clients and internal stakeholders.

- Identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewals, and collaborating closely with our business development and retail store teams.

- Assist in inventory and merchandising tasks on the sales floor.

- Developing strategic plans in conjunction with internal teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).

- Cultivating a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively upsell and cross-sell to clients.

- Facilitate customer requests through our "special orders" desk.

- Engage walk-in sales in the showroom.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

- The ability to effortlessly juggle multiple responsibilities and tasks.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Meticulous organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications we're looking for:

- A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

- Previous experience in sales or customer service.

- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Physical Requirements:

- Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

- Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.

- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
