College Raptor is looking for a qualified Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This position will be a leader in our marketing efforts to help students, parents, and school counselors in the college discovery and planning process. The Digital Marketing Manager will work with College Raptor’s marketing, content, tech, and business development teams to coordinate our online presence and generate increased web traffic. College Raptor is a technology services company that works with colleges and universities through predictive modeling, advanced analytics, and lead generation services to maximize enrollment outcomes. College Raptor works with institutions across the country, finding ways to remedy inefficiencies in the enrollment cycle for both students and colleges. The College Raptor team includes innovative thinkers, techies, and experienced enrollment professionals. Responsibilities Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals Coordinate and optimize engagement with College Raptor’s digital content Manage end-to-end digital projects Establish our web presence to boost brand awareness Maintain a strong online company voice through social media Liaise with marketing, content, tech, and business development teams to ensure brand consistency Suggest and implement direct marketing methods to increase profitability Monitor ROI and KPIs Stay up-to-date with digital media developments and search engine optimization (SEO) best practices Coordinate scheduling and procedures for the SEO team Management of affiliate network and onsite ads Website user flow analysis and optimization, including heatmap analysis Track and be responsive to customer service inquiries from website users Other duties as assigned Required Qualifications Experience with visual communication principles Familiarity with web design and content management systems Excellent analytical and project management skills An ability to multitask and perform under tight deadlines Strong verbal and written communication skills Bachelor degree in marketing, communication, or relevant field Preference will be given to candidates Having knowledge of Google Analytics, SEMRush, ahrefs, Adsense, MailShake, SendInBlue, ScreamingFrog, survey tools, Wordpress With additional qualifications in web design or graphic design In the Iowa City area (although we are flexible with remote work as necessary) How to apply Please send a resume and a cover letter explaining why you are a great match for this role to careers@CollegeRaptor.com .
