What You'll Do:

As a Billing Coordinator at Max Surgical Specialty Management, you'll be at the forefront of our Revenue Cycle Management team, where precision and excellence are paramount. Here's a glimpse of what your exciting responsibilities will entail:

  • Drive Operational Excellence: You'll be a driving force in our Revenue Cycle Management team, ensuring quality and efficiency in all billing processes. Your keen eye for detail will uncover opportunities for process improvement, leading to streamlined operations and enhanced performance.

  • Empower Decision-Making: Your structured communication style will be instrumental in identifying process gaps and facilitating effective resolutions. By providing valuable insights and recommendations, you'll empower our team to make informed decisions, further propelling our growth trajectory.

  • Deliver Exceptional Service: With a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, you'll interact courteously and professionally with patients and guardians, addressing their financial queries and obligations with empathy and efficiency.

  • Navigate Complexities: Operating in a healthcare environment requires adept problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complexities with ease. You'll excel in managing patient conflicts, resolving billing inquiries, and overseeing collection efforts with third-party vendors.
