What You Will Do:

National Louis University has been experiencing substantial growth in our enrollment and our team is expanding as we seek out more growth opportunities. As an Enrollment Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting students in identifying education and career goals, guiding them through the enrollment process from initial inquiry through the first term as a new student, and inspiring them to remain focused on their objectives. To provide this service effectively while focusing on achieving enrollment objectives, the enrollment specialist need to have an in depth understanding of all academic program in their portfolio and to be able to articulate the benefits to the students. Enrollment Specialists can be placed in any of our six colleges with verticals in education, psychology and counseling, business, culinary arts, healthcare, and more. We have various opportunities to work with students at all levels, including high school, community college transfers, adult degree completers, graduate level, and doctorate students.

Essential Responsibilities
  • Representing the university with professionalism and integrity, manage a full pipeline of incoming students through the enrollment cycle from initial inquiry through a successful first term experience. Effectively responding to any potential students' concerns, issues or inquiries and successfully qualifying students for various academic programs.
  • Continuously meet and exceed monthly objectives, maintaining a high level of enrollment.
  • Accurately document and record continuous contact using the CRM system (Salesforce) with each prospective student/returning student and track information to ensure smooth transition of applicant data. Produce activity reports as needed.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding the offerings, programs, services etc. of all the Colleges. In addition, remains continuously knowledgeable, informed, and connected with the process surrounding enrollment
  • Works on special projects as assigned.
  • Select roles will require visits to high schools, community colleges, corporations, etc.
Qualifications
  • Successful candidates will be able to handle high volume of student interactions by phone, internet, and in person. A sincere desire to help others combined with an independent drive to achieve objectives is required, as are professional verbal and interpersonal skills.
  • Candidates will be required to meet and exceed monthly goals and have the ability to thrive in a team environment. In order to maintain accurate tracking of monthly goals, candidates must have strong database management skills working with a CRM system as well as Word and Excel.
  • Candidates will have a Bachelor's degree (strongly preferred) along with a minimum of 3 years related experience in a customer-facing environment. Those with out a bachelor's degree must have a significant amount of work experience in the field.

The salary range of the grade for this position is $45,986 to $64,380 annually. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Offers are based on multiple factors permitted by law, including but not limited to: budgetary considerations, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, market considerations, tenure and standing with the university (applicable to current employees), and internal equity.
