Job Description

The Credentialing and Provider Enrollment Coordinator will ensure timely communication with practice teams and administer the provider hospital credentialing process. This role requires attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Process provider applications with payers, hospitals, and surgery centers.
  2. Verify provider information with national resources (CAQH, NPPES, etc.).
  3. Manage provider enrollment with commercial and government insurance payers.
  4. Maintain knowledge of payer policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare payer enrollment and credentialing.
  • Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred.
  • Experience working with Government agencies, CMS, and AHCA preferred.
Compensation and Benefits

Competitive hourly rate ($25-$28), company-paid benefits (medical, dental, vision), PTO, 401k with 4% match, remote work stipend, company-paid short-term disability, life insurance, and pet insurance.
