Summary

We are seeking a skilled IT Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing IT projects, including cloud migrations, network installations, and server upgrades. This role requires a deep understanding of various technologies and the MSP industry.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute Azure cloud migrations and Microsoft 365 migrations.
  • Design and implement network infrastructure, including firewalls, switches, and wireless systems.
  • Perform server upgrades and installations, ensuring optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with clients to assess their IT needs and develop customized solutions.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance our service offerings.
  • Document project progress and maintain detailed records of configurations and deployments.
  • Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project completion.
  • Design build materials and scopes of work for project quote requests.
Preferred Skills & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on project-based work.
  • Proficiency in Azure, VMware, Windows Server, Fortinet, Ruckus, and Cisco technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, VMware Certified Professional, etc.) are a plus.

Salary Range is $75k to $95k Dependent on Experience

Physical Requirements

Work is primarily knowledge-worker-oriented using computer systems.Constant use of computer (keyboard/mouse), and phone.Visually inspects, prepares, and analyzes data & figures, and views computer constantly.
