  4. Software Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation preferred, GIS, ArcGIS, and other relevant software and engineering tools.
  5. Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, practices, and construction techniques.
  6. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, effective communication skills, and ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
