We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager/Traffic Engineer to join our team at Alliance Transportation Group, LLC.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a variety of transportation projects, including traffic studies, traffic impact studies, feasibility analysis, and construction oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage transportation projects from initiation to completion
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
  • Conduct traffic studies and impact analyses
  • Develop and implement traffic engineering solutions
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

Requirements

  • Master's degree in engineering, planning, or related field
  • PE License in Texas (or ability to acquire within 3 months)
  • 12 or more years of progressive experience in traffic engineering
  • Expertise in engineering software, manuals, and methodologies
  • Demonstrated success in managing projects to scope, schedule, and budget

Preferred Qualifications

  • 12 or more years' experience performing projects similar to those listed above with minimum 5 years in a project management role
  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Strong team-building and team management skills
  • Experience using SYNCHRO, VISSIM, and similar modeling software
  • Experience with Microstation or other CAD software
  • TxDOT precertification in applicable categories
