Job description:

In your new role you will:

  • Have excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, root cause analysis, and strong internal customer relationship
  • Provide total quality management tools for improvement initiatives and to promote zero defect mindset throughout the manufacturing flows
  • Conduct regular reviews and internal audits with respect to process and test method compliance within the production floor area, assuring compliance to specifications and military standards;
  • Lead and interact with internal teams to manage deviations and non-conformances with timely corrective actions
  • Provide Quality insight and requirements during the product development and assurance process prior to new product release
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving activities via 8Dcorrective actions (incl. 5-whys and error proofing methods)
  • Ensure the appropriate Quality Systems are established and sustained including methods for dealing with discrepant material (MRB)
  • Continuously improve quality-related activities and methods including applying lessons learned into current processes and potential new project
Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Management, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in the area of Quality Management in the semiconductor industry
  • Good knowledge of Quality Management Systems such as ISO9001 orAS9100
  • Good knowledge of MIL standards and test methods such as MIL-PRF-19500 and MIL-STD-750
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience with tools such as 8D's, DOEs, 5Y, Fishbone, Poka-Yoke,etc.
  • Ability to drive improvement through the leadership of cross-functional, continuous improvement activities/teams
  • Understanding of new product development process
  • Excellent communication, moderation, and presentation skills
