Who you are as a Major Accounts Manager:

Someone that will drive success in defined target accounts by working with internal functional groups and the dealer organization. A team player and coach, working to create direct and indirect sales while driving market share and profitability A customer-oriented leader, ensuring customer satisfaction

What you will do as a Major Accounts Manager:

Achieve new unit sales objectives to improve overall market share and profitability Responsible for executing and maintaining Account Development Strategies through existing customers and for key target accounts Develop relationships with dealer sales and service organization to ensure proper coverage of major accounts Responsible for effective order quality of assigned accounts, managing the order from quote to installation and payment collection Drive voice of the customer to ensure growth within their assigned customer base

Maintaining account development plans Structuring and executing contracts Managing customer orders with the utmost quality and customer satisfaction

What you will need as a Major Accounts Manager:

BS Degree in Business Management/related field preferred Minimum of 7 years Sales experience. In lieu of degree, 10 years’ experience. Additional skills and abilities:

Product, application, and industry knowledge Presentation skills Excellent relationship building and communication skills PC skills Sales and negotiation skills Who We Are: HYG designs, engineers, manufactures, markets, and services a complete range of application-tailored lift trucks that are transforming the way the world moves materials.
