Position Overview:

We're seeking a skilled and compassionate Dental Orthodontist to deliver top-notch orthodontic care to our patients. You'll create personalized treatment plans, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead our clinical team with a positive, collaborative attitude.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional orthodontic care to children and young adults
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Obtain informed consent and communicate clearly with patients and families
  • Ensure compliance with dental regulations, including HIPAA and OSHA
  • Lead and support clinical staff, fostering a positive work environment
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of orthodontic experience (preferred)
  • Valid state dental license and orthodontic certification
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements
  • Responsible for providing and delivering quality dental care to our patients.
  • Create orthodontic dental treatment plans.
  • Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services.
  • Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
  • Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
  • Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
