SENIOR LEADERSHIP POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Senior Director of Acute Services & Chief Nursing Officer:

Fulltime exempt position. This Senior Leadership position is responsible for the direction and supervision of all Department of Nursing’s functions and activities. This Senior Leader develops and directs the implementation of, and ensures compliance, with standards of nursing practice which promotes optimum health care delivery and is ultimately responsible for the quality of patient care and ensures that sufficient and properly trained personnel carry out the functions of the Department of Nursing. This position is knowledgeable of social, economic, and legal issues affecting the health care system; seeks out opportunities for keeping nursing staff current in health care practices; and is responsible for integrating and coordinating the implementation and maintenance of continuous quality improvement related activities, including risk management, quality assurance, utilization review, patient relations, and other quality related areas. Current MN license, BSN, 5+ years diversified hospital clinical experience and 5+ years in a nursing management role required; Master’s degree preferred. Director of Human Resources:

Fulltime exempt position. This senior team member has the overall responsibility to provide strategic consultation for the MMHC workforce, managing all functions related to human resources including: employee recruitment and retention, orientation, compensation and benefits methodology, education and training, staff communication, regulatory compliance, and performance management. Qualified applicant will have a Bachelors Degree in human resources, business management or healthcare, Master’s preferred; and 5+ years relevant experience in a position related to human resources, management or business relations, preferably in a hospital setting and/or experience with government employment. Senior Director and Chief Financial Officer

:

Fulltime exempt position. This senior leadership position directs the organization’s financial planning and accounting practices as well as its relationship with lending institutions, shareholders, and the financial community by performing the duties personally or through subordinate managers. This position manages the following departments: Revenue Cycle, Materials Management, Financial Services and Payroll and is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of these units. Qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree or five to eight years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree or Certified Public Accountant and five to ten years’ experience serving in hospital financial management leadership position preferred. CLINIC POSITION AVAILABLE:

RN:

64 hours bi-weekly, Monday-Friday days, 8am-5pm, specific days based on need. Provides care within their scope of practice to patients in the clinic setting and coordinates the provider clinic office function as advised by physicians and advanced practice providers, under direction of the RN Supervisor. Current MN license; clinic experience preferred. Patient Scheduler/Reception:

Full time, 80 hours bi-weekly position at the Litchfield Clinics; hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Registers and schedules patients in person and on phone. Customer service experience preferred. DIETARY POSITION AVAILABLE:

Registered Dietitian & Food Service Supervisor –

Benefit eligible, 64 hours bi-weekly, hours based on scheduling needs. Oversee the nutritional well-being of patients by providing nutritional expertise to the health care team, identifying patients at risk and initiating interventions to achieve/maintain the patient’s nutritional status. Supervises Nutrition Department and directs dietary staff on menu planning, scheduling and day to day tasks. Previous supervisory experience preferred. BA or MA from accredited Nutrition or Dietetics. Completion of internship in a hospital offering dietitian approved by the American Dietetic Association and pass the CDR’s Registration Examination for Dietitians. Licensed by the State of MN currently or upon hire. Certification in ServSafe and ability to train staff. Membership in Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics currently or upon hire. ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

Maintenance Technician Assistant

:

Part-time benefit eligible position responsible for supporting the maintenance and repair of the physical facilities and equipment. Technical training or certification in related field and/or maintenance or facilities management experience preferred. Housekeeping Aide:

Part-time (40 hours bi-weekly) benefit eligible day position, includes every 3 rd

weekend/holiday rotation. Hours 6:30am-3pm on weekdays and 6am-2:30pm on weekend/holidays. FOUNDATION/MARKETING POSITION AVAILABLE:

Foundation & Marketing Director:

Fulltime exempt position. This position plays a crucial role in developing and executing the strategic direction and initiatives of the MMHC Foundation, including donor and key stakeholder relations, fundraising, and fund distributions. This position also develops and manages the organization’s marketing plan and efforts to promote its mission, brand, and, services. The position is responsible for maintaining a strong volunteer program and overseeing the activities of the Hospital Gift Shop. It reports to the MMHC CEO and Foundation Board of Directors and participates in leadership activities. Qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree in administration, public relations, marketing, communications or related field; proven experience in non-profit foundation management, including grant writing, donor relations and fundraising strategies; success in developing and implementing marketing strategies, preferable in a non-profit or healthcare sector; five years of experience preferred. LAB POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

MLT:

Full time, benefit eligible, 80 hours bi-weekly, PM shift. Collects, processes and analyzes patient samples as well as reports results to provide data for use in diagnosis and treatment of disease. CMA:

Benefit eligible, 72 hours bi-weekly, Monday-Friday days 8am-5pm; equally shared Saturday rotation. Provides lab service needs as directed at Litchfield Clinics. MATERIALS MANAGEMENT POSITION AVAILABLE:

Supply Chain/Materials Management Manager:

Full time, exempt, benefit eligible position. Responsible for providing management of materials necessary for the successful operation and maintenance of the facility; coordinates purchasing of all supplies and capital equipment with respect to budget; actively pursues cost improvements and represents facility in negotiations with group purchasing organizations; facilitates efficient and effective inventory management, storage and distribution of materials and supplies for all departments; provides supervision to department staff. Qualified applicant will have a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of purchasing/supply chain experience, including management experience. Healthcare background preferred. NURSING DEPARTMENT POSITIONS AVAILABLE:

48-60 hours bi-weekly or 60-72 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible. 8 or 12 hour shifts available. Equally shared holidays and every third weekend, rotating shifts. Position will float to MedSurg unit based on patient load. Current MN RN license, BLS/ACLS required. RN ER:

60-72 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible position at hospital. Equally shared holidays, every 3rd weekend, rotating shifts. 2+ years emergency and charge/supervisory experience required; current MN RN license & BLS required. Ability to acquire other certifications as required within 6 months. Health Unit Coordinator:

64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible, every other weekend/holiday rotation, day position. Assumes the responsibility for communication with the nursing staff, physicians, and other hospital departments for the scheduling and coordination of the cares ordered for the patient. Performs clerical, receptionist, and communication duties on the unit. Is accountable for all work performed during shift, and is responsible for adhering to hospital and nursing services policies and procedures. One year certificate from college/technical school or 3-6 months related experience; NCA/PCA experience preferred. Paramedic:

60-72 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible position at hospital ER for experienced Paramedic to partner with RN/Provider staff. Equally shared holidays, every 3rd weekend, rotating shifts. State certification as Paramedic and MN State EMT/P, and BLS required; previous experience preferred. Ability to acquire other certifications as required within 6 months. Cardiac Stress Testing and Rehab Nurse

:

48-64 hours bi-weekly, benefit eligible. New position to expand and support cardiac rehab and stress testing services at Meeker Memorial. Qualified candidate must have current RN license; BSN preferred; 2+ years clinical nursing experience in related area. RADIOLOGY POSITION AVAILABLE:

Radiologic Technologist – casual position:

Radiologic Technologist need for casual position to assist with department needs. Casual positions available for RN’s, LPN’s, CNA’s, Radiologic Tech, MLT and Pharmacy Tech; schedule based on department needs. Typically 2-3 shifts every 4-6 weeks required for casual status.
