Responsibilities:

  • Assisting warranty customers in person
  • Invoicing warranty repair orders
  • Manage the warranty claims process insuring all claims are complete and protecting the liability of the Dealership.
  • Balance and maintain all warranty schedules.
  • Answering phones
  • Cashiering and some accounting-related activities.
  • Submit warranty claims to car manufacturers.
Desired Experience:
  • Detail-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work in a busy environment.
  • Above-average problem-solving and customer service skills.
  • Prior dealership experience preferred but optional.
This is a full-time starting at $18 an hour depending on experience, plus benefits.

Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
