Cover other areas of the hotel as needed. Document any guest accidents by completing the accident report form. Complete the maintenance log whenever a complaint is reported. Maintain all areas of the front desk. Take the initiative to greet guests in a friendly and warm manner. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School diploma/GED required. Previous experience in hospitality preferred. Customer service experience required. Experience handling cash, credit card procedures, and use math concepts. Attention to detail and organized.
