Responsibilities:
- Lead and guide the team with patience and excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve resident conflicts and current property issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor.
- Act as the liaison between the remote management team and the property, ensuring clear communication about available resources and ongoing activities.
- Oversee the smooth operation of leasing, maintenance, and external vendor activities.
- Ensure property security, such as making sure doors are locked and preparing the property for tours.
- Assist with additional operational tasks as needed.
- Strong leadership and operational skills.
- Ability to handle tenant issues with patience and professionalism.
- Open to candidates with transferable skills from roles such as Office Manager, Operations Lead, Facilities Services, or Assistant Property Manager.
- Resilience and a thick skin to manage tenant interactions effectively.
