Ready to let your ambition thrive? We are looking for a candidate with previous staffing experience within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality of candidates, on-time delivery, and effectively executing all aspects of an employee's work experience. This is an onsite position with accountability for daily production and bottom-line results. This position will be temp to hire.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 4 PM - 12 AM
education: High School

Responsibilities

  • Updating and managing applicant tracking and database management
  • Composing and managing large volume mass communications
  • Shift Scheduling
  • Participating in hiring process by administering skill assessments, processing applications, and references
  • Coordinating onsite and external drug testing efforts
  • Completing and auditing payroll to ensure accuracy and compliance with policies and procedures
  • Maintaining electronic and paper records to ensure effective, orderly and legal storage of personnel data
  • Distributing safety equipment and maintaining the necessary inventory
  • Providing administrative assistance to staff (Updating databases, filing, reference checks, scanning, and other administrative duties as assigned
  • Undertaking any other tasks deemed appropriate to this role, as directed by the Site Manager
