Overview:

Conte Dentistry is looking for a friendly and organized Patient Care Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of making every patient visit a positive experience. As our Patient Care Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will handle various administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing patient records, and providing excellent customer service. Compensation: $19 - $25 per hour based on experience

Schedule

  • Monday, 6:30 AM 6:30 PM
  • Tuesday, 6:30 AM - 5:30 PM
  • Wednesday, 6:30 AM - 12:30 PM
  • Thursday, 6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
  • 3-day weekends with Friday off

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments and manage the office calendar.
  • Verify patient information and update records accurately.
  • Process patient check-ins and check-outs, including handling payments and insurance claims.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, faxing, and data entry.
  • Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a dental or medical office setting is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Dentrix) is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine interest in providing outstanding patient care.
