What You'll Do
This Client Partner, Director role will be responsible for managing an emerging account based in Kansas City.
- Delivery Quality - Ensure all active projects at the client are consistent with Slalom's outstanding level of work
- Drive Revenue- Direct revenue responsibility of $10MM+ and overseeing revenue and utilization goals
- Client Management- Build relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders and navigate challenges
- People Management - Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members within the account
- This is an on-site role based in Kansas City
- 10+ years of management/leadership experience; primarily from a consulting or professional services firm
- Extensive project delivery experience, including all aspects of project/program management
- Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to work through adversity to achieve the common goal
- Previous experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) ownership and revenue targets
