Your responsibilities will include coordinating outgoing supply and kit orders, managing inventory, handling inbound faxed documents, and working on special projects. You will evaluate the needs of both internal and external clients to ensure high-quality customer service. This involves routine correspondence, following up on tissue requests, and managing outstanding test orders. You will interact with a diverse group of important external callers and internal contacts across all levels of the organization. Adhering to and ensuring compliance with the company's policies and standard operating procedures is crucial.
