Job Description:

Applications Engineers at The Lee Company are the critical connection between the engineering and business sides of the company. This role is regularly collaborating with design and manufacturing engineering, production planning, quality control, sales and marketing. You will collaborate with field sales worldwide to create customer proposals across a range of products and markets and communicate customer requirements to design engineers developing new or customized products.

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Engineering
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • An ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Some travel required
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a high level of product and application knowledge
  • Interpret customer requirements and provide sales application support
  • Collaborate with field sales and project engineering to help provide technical proposals
  • Communicate with customers on complex technical issues
