Working closely with providers and patients, the Patient Access Representative (Front Desk Receptionist) will manage tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication with accuracy, quality, and promptness. The Patient Access Representative (Front Desk Receptionist) should demonstrate exceptional organizational abilities, empathy, and a commitment to patient care. As the first point of contact in the clinic, this position will play a crucial role in problem-solving, organization, and time management to facilitate the smooth and productive flow of the clinic.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESThe Patient Access Representative (Front Desk Receptionist) job description is intended to point out major responsibilities within the role, but it is not limited to these items.Check patients in and out.Use various computer applications (ie.
