This role maintains excellent customer service by providing operational support and delivery to First Interstate Bank's credit card clients and the branch network. Individuals in this role require strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy, while meeting completeness, turn time and accuracy requirements per established service level agreements.ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following: other duties may be assigned.Responsible for the timely and accurate processing of business account maintenance.Daily management of the consumer and small business application workflow within the required Service Level Agreements.Performs requested file maintenance to credit card productsAct as a resource for Credit Card Customer Service team, branch personnel, and card clients. Quickly respond to and resolve their various questions, inquiries, and issues. Deliver superior service and support to our card clients and branch personnel that reach out for assistance and guidance regarding consumer and small business credit card applications.Participate in the building of a strong team environment.Establishes and maintains relationships with market delivery, cardholders, and specific vendors to support questions, application accuracy and reporting.Responsible for maintaining operational integrity of credit cards through adherence to Bank's and department policies and procedures, in addition to all card related regulatory requirements.Assists with other duties as assigned and deemed necessary to meet the need of the business. This includes cross training of other operational functions to serve as backup support when necessary.QUALIFICATIONSTo perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
