Summary: We're seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Project Manager to lead strategic IT initiatives, infrastructure development, and facility construction, including warehouses and nationwide video conference room installations, for one of our esteemed clients. This role requires a seasoned project manager with extensive experience and technical expertise to ensure successful execution, adding substantial value to our client's organization.

Responsibilities: Lead the entire lifecycle of IT, infrastructure, and data center initiatives, including the coordination of facility construction projects. Oversee the planning, design, and execution of warehouse builds and video conference room installations, incorporating Cisco networking technologies such as Catalyst switches (e.g., Catalyst 9000 Series) and ISR routers (e.g., ISR 4000 Series), as well as Cisco voice and video technologies like Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco TelePresence. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, facilitating effective communication channels throughout projects. Guide project teams with Agile methodologies for optimum efficiency, particularly in the context of facility construction and technology deployments. Manage financial planning and resource allocation for projects, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines. Identify and mitigate risks associated with facility construction and IT infrastructure deployment, with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety standards. Integrate complex system architectures, meeting business requirements and technical specifications for network infrastructures, WAN architecture, VoIP/Unified Communications systems, video conferencing technologies (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams), virtualization platforms, compute/storage solutions, databases, and cloud computing services.

Requirements: Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in relevant fields. Certifications in Project Management (PMI) and Agile methodologies preferred. Minimum 10+ years' experience leading complex technical projects, including facility construction and video conference room installations. Proficiency in enterprise Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools, Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and knowledge of permitting processes for new constructions. Strong leadership skills and ability to foster collaboration among diverse teams. Comprehensive understanding of low voltage systems, structured cabling standards (e.g., ANSI/TIA-568), power distribution units (PDUs), and Cisco networking technologies, including Catalyst switches, ISR routers, and Cisco voice and video technologies. Direct involvement in facility construction and video conference room deployments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
