Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet. Proficiency in using computers and familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
