Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Customer Service Representative with call center experience to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to enhance their experience with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues effectively while adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and support.
  • Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback for process improvements.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction scores.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
