We have multiple locations, we offer travel opportunities, team outings and so much more. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Coordinator at Rancher Hat Bar. As the Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, implementing social media marketing strategies, maintaining communication channels, and writing engaging copy. This role is located in Scottsdale, Arizona, with the flexibility for some remote work. Ideal Candidate: Our ideal candidate is someone who is a go getter and takes initiative. We are an incredibly busy company and we don't have the bandwidth to micromanage. The person who takes this role will need to be independent and bring skills and ideas to the table that we haven't done or seen yet. We are not looking for a management team or someone with multiple social media contracts. The person who takes this job would ideally only work for us. Qualifications Social Media Content Creation and Social Media Marketing skills Ability to work full time and not have any other commitments Excellent communication skills Strong writing skills Digital Marketing knowledge Experience managing social media platforms Posting feed posts 1-2 times daily and story posts throughout the day Ability to work independently and remotely Must be able to commute to our headquarters and work in office 3+ days a week Must be able to film and create content at one of our stores Knowledge of the fashion industry or retail experience is a plus Ability to sign an NDA and Trade secrets When Applying: Please send us past work and accounts you have managed.
