  • Be involved in the day to day general accounting
  • Strong emphasis on budgeting and forecasting
  • Month end close, journal entries, bank reconciliation
  • Exposure to cost accounting and working with real estate projects
  • Assist AP as needed
Preferred Qualifications of the Senior Construction Accountant :
  • 3-5 years experience in accounting/finance
  • Blend of both general accounting skills and financial analysis
  • Past exposure to cost accounting is a plus
  • Skilled within Excel and Sage
