What we’re looking for Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or related area 2+ years of email marketing experience; working with lists of at least 50K contacts is a big plus, as is experience with ‘big player’ platforms 2+ years of experience with web analytics platforms, preferably Google Analytics Intermediate understanding of HTML/CSS Some experience with data manipulation and warehousing tools such as SQL is a big plus In depth, hands-on experience working with email marketing platforms such as HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, Responsys, Eloqua or similar Expert understanding of email marketing laws across the Americas and how to make sure campaigns adhere to those laws Expert level understanding of web analytics platforms, such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics, as well as additional tools available to help manage and monitor email campaigns Detailed understanding of key metrics for monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of email marketing campaigns Strong commercial awareness; ability to manage vendors effectively and interpret financial data
