Implementation Manager

The Tyler Technologies Implementation Manager is responsible for lead ing and mentoring the Professional Service s team. Th e position manages the full implementation process , deliverables, and compliance of procedures defined by the Project Management Office . This position reports to the Director of Operations for the business unit and has responsibilit y for attaining team revenue targets .
Work with our innovative software solutions that help local government and school districts centralize data and connect their organizations. By working to develop and support our financial management solutions, you can help integrate our solutions with human resources, revenue management, tax billing, and asset management.

Responsibilities
- Develop , maintain, and m anage the implementation process .
- A ccountable for the successful implementation of the product.
- Manage and drive annual revenue targets.
- Champion a team environment within the team and across Tyler .
- Attend regularly scheduled stakeholder meetings and distribute information to the team .
- H ire and retain high performing talent .
- Support the Implementation Team with their project s , career development, and in maintain ing high levels of performance .
- Embody Tyler's core values of superior service, integrity, innovation , and exceeding client expectations.
- Minimum of 5 years of implementation and project management experience within the technology industry .
- A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree or equivalent experience is required.
- Experience within software or consulting agencies with similar complexities associated .
- Experience working with licensing agreements / sales model within the industry .
- Solid project management, leadership skills and experience in delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high customer satisfaction.
- Demonstrated success in implementing best practices and driving continuous process improvement through establishing and measuring key performance indicators and tracking.
- Proven leadership skills for managing resources, stakeholders , software projects, and achieving agreed milestones to keep projects on schedule and under budget.
- P roven track record with i ncreasing revenue and profit margin , s treamlining process efficiency .
- Technically sound and able to dive deep into the details if necessary.
- Ab le to effectively communicate professional service capabilities, track record, strength , and vision to internal and external stakeholders.
- The candidate should possess a s trong work ethic, proactive and c reative problem solving , the ability to evaluate complex problems and communicate options in a simple manner .
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Project, MS Flow, Power BI and Visio) experience preferred.
