As a Family Medicine office, Oxbow offers comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, from infants to adults. With providers who have pursued specialties in addition to board certifications in Family Medicine, the practice has additional expertise in prenatal care, obstetrics and birth, pediatrics, and LGBTQ care. Role Overview We are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Patient Services Representative (PSR) to support the Oxbow practice onsite, Monday through Friday. We are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm, so schedules are staggered accordingly. The PSR serves as the face of our medical group and plays a key role in managing the patient experience on the reception/administrative support side. We are looking for well-rounded customer service professionals who can multi-task, prioritize, and thrive in a high-volume outpatient settingQualifications: Qualifications Whether you are seeking to gain more experience in the healthcare industry or a proven healthcare professional seeking a new challenge, the Patient Services Representative role is the opportunity for you.
