THE ROLE: The Program Manager will provide supervision and strategic management of programs serving refugees, immigrants, and migrant communities and lead a team of people to perform high-quality services, while ensuring compliance with program requirements, contracts, and standard policies and procedures. The individual ensures that core programs are coordinated to improve the integration outcomes and enhance the wellbeing of refugee and immigrant communities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Oversee, manage, and implement programs that increase the wellbeing and social integration of refugees, immigrants, and migrants who face barriers to stability. Train, supervisor, and lead a team of direct services staff within the program to ensure service delivery and contractual goals are met. Serve as liaison with funders, partners and other stakeholders on issues related to RIM integration and culturally responsive trauma-informed case management. Maintain professional relationships with stakeholders, community partners, and subcontractors. Ensure and enhance program compliance, accurate documentation, prepare and submit timely reports to funders and program leaders. Look for future funding opportunities, prepare and assist in grant writing for program expansion. Worked closely with the Program Director on program budget, spending plan, and future forecasting. Work with paraprofessionals, case aides, and community subcontractors to ensure cultural and linguistic access to participants. Recruit, train, and oversee volunteers or interns. Represents agency at community meetings. Outreach to mainstream services to increase access for clients. Requires strict adherence of HIPAA confidentiality standards in the office workspace. Perform other duties assigned QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Bachelor’s Degree in social work, business, education or related field or equivalent work experience. 3+ years of experience in program management, social services, or work with immigrant and refugee populations. 3+ years of program coordination or supervisor experience Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-informed case management. Highly organized, detail oriented, create self-starter with the ability to meet strict deadlines and carry out all functions of multi-faceted programs. Excellent analytical, public speaking, communication and computer skills CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: WA State Driver’s License and proof of current auto insurance.
