Expense Reporting: Prepare, process, and reconcile expense reports in compliance with company policies. Data Accuracy: Perform coding corrections and maintain accurate records. Onboarding Support: Assist with onboarding activities for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition. Travel Coordination: Arrange and manage travel bookings through ERP Zoho, including itineraries and confirmations. Financial Tasks: Handle light accounts payable and billing responsibilities. Data Entry: Input and update information in Excel spreadsheets with precision and timeliness. Qualifications Previous experience in administrative or office support roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP systems (Zoho preferred). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Job Details: Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.
