**Description**

**The Guest Service Manager** would oversee daily operations of the Bell department, Transportation, Ski Valet, Shipping/Receiving, and HOA parking. This person will be responsible for training and managing team and shifts.

* Oversee budget for Bell department.

* tracking for owner inventory

* Maintain the ski valet.

* Coordinating transportation for groups.

* Oversee all shipping and receiving for guests and owners.

* ordering bell, Shipping and Le sundry supplies

* Inventory and maintain the Le Sundry shop

* follow up on Guest issues and requests when the Front desk manager is not in

* Attend Pre-cons when needed.

* Attend opp. meeting 2 times a week Mon & Fri.

* Attend resume meeting every Friday.

* hold a team meeting regularly.

* Oversee daily parking and annual parking pass holders.

* oversee the guest activities (smores and Xmas activities).

* Support the Front Desk team when necessary.
