Essential Duties/Responsibilities Develop, implement, and execute an internal auditing plan. Identify business process risks of the Company. Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of internal control. Document the results of the evaluation. Work in partnership with and report to the President and Vice President of Corporate Services and prepare and present relevant documents to the Board of Directors, Shareholder of the Company and parent company of the Company. Maintain awareness and knowledge of internal auditing and internal control. Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Assist with external and internal audits, ensuring the timely provision of requested documentation and addressing audit findings. Monitor cash flow, manage cash reserves, and recommend actions to optimize cash utilization. Assist Accounting Department to ensure compliance with accounting principles, tax regulations, and company policies, staying up-to-date with relevant changes in regulations. Identify areas where operational and financial efficiencies can be improved, and work with management to develop and implement effective solutions. Perform other tasks assigned by the Company.

Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent experience. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

Physical Requirements and Experience Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
